By accessing or using The-QR-To ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The-QR-To for creating, managing, and tracking QR codes in accordance with these terms. This license is for both personal and commercial use.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create QR codes that link to malicious, illegal, or harmful content
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or deceptive content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Abuse the platform in ways that degrade service for other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

You retain ownership of all content you create using The-QR-To, including your QR code designs and uploaded logos. We retain ownership of the The-QR-To platform, branding, and underlying technology.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

The-QR-To is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. QR code redirects are designed for maximum uptime and minimal latency.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
